Policies:
Client satisfaction is the most important to us! If for any reason, you are unhappy with the result or have any concerns, please contact us within 2 days so we can do to resolve any issues. It would be my pleasure to assist you. No visitor beside yourself.
Deposit: A $30 deposit is required for new clients, this can be paid over Venmo, Cash app or zelle.

Cancellation policy: Rescheduling or cancelations less than 24 hours from your appt time will be charged a non–refundable fee.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appt please contact us ass at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I do understand that sickness and emergency situation would arise so please let me know in advance: Don’t come
if you’re not feeling good.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late more than 15 mins, your appointment will be canceled
Lash refill: It is required that you have at least 40% of your lashes “fill”. If your lash has less than 40% from the original appointment. This won’t be a refill. This is a new lash extension.
Clean eyes: please come with clean eyes, it means no makeup (eyeshadow, mascara, eyelid…)
No gum, no caffeine, no phone calls
